Contact database deduplication and cleaning system
An advanced system for organizing records in Zoho CRM, combining similarity analysis, transfer of associations (e.g., transactions and tasks), and data quality control.
The implementation included:
  • creation of an algorithm for scoring contact and company similarity
  • automatic merging of records while preserving activity history
  • technical documentation and mapping of dependencies within the system
As a result, the client improved data quality and accelerated the sales department's work.
Tenders - Preparation and Analysis of Documentation
A system supporting the preparation of tender documentation and the analysis of client requirements.
The implementation focused on:
  • mapping the offer lifecycle – from gathering requirements to submitting documents
  • building a data structure for registering inquiries, requirements, attachments, and participation conditions
  • creating a quasi-AI mechanism for assessing the offer's suitability for the tender (e.g., required certificates, technical parameters)
  • automating checklists, notifications, and task distribution among sales, technical, and legal teams
The result was a significant simplification of the tedious preparation of documentation, as well as a reduction of the effects of human oversight errors.
Digital marketing
Implementation of solutions supporting marketing teams in planning and executing online campaigns.
The scope included:
  • designing data and process structures at the intersection of marketing and sales
  • building flows that allow monitoring audience behavior and assigning them to appropriate segments, creating mechanisms for automatic classification and evaluation of potential clients based on their activity
  • integrating the marketing funnel with the CRM database to enable tracking conversions, reactions, and attributing results to specific campaigns
  • preparing frameworks to facilitate faster implementation of marketing ideas in a manner consistent with CRM data

With over 15 years of experience in the medical and technology industries, I combine technical knowledge with excellent managerial competencies.
My career path has led me from an application engineer to a regional leader in marketing and sales within international structures. I have successfully developed brands in Poland, the Baltic states, and Central and Eastern Europe, working with major market players such as Mindray, Philips Healthcare, and GE Healthcare.
Currently, I am developing automation and CRM processes, combining knowledge of BPA (Business Process Automation), project management, and low-code/no-code technologies. I hold an Executive MBA degree and a rich set of certifications in project management, business analysis, and process automation.
